I'm doing 65 mile weeks with a 20 mile long run to get ready for college cross country (d3). Is it okay if I leave my long run the same while building up my weekly mileage to 90 mpw.

Yes, absolutely. 20 miles is incredibly long for someone running 65 mpw, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. Others are going to tell you to decrease it, but I say keep it up.
thank you, that's what I was thinking
So what are the rest of your runs, like 5 miles? Damn son.
That's incredibly stupid to do a 20-mile long run on 65 miles a week with any regularity.
Is it okay if you leave it the same? Please, make your long run SHORTER and actually do something the other 6 days of the week while you build up to 90 mpw.
Most college teammates did not do a "long run" during the summer, just high mileage.
Idiot, you realize they don't run the marathon in D3 right
Have fun tiring yourself out way to much and/or getting hurt on those 20 milers when you could be running a lot more miles evenly spread out
