I ran a high 1:26 half on a fairly challenging rolling hills course a little less then 2 months ago..
So now i'm thinking of doing a marathon in late Sep. I need a 3:10. Been averaging about 50mpw. Trying to get some longer stuff in, i'm right around 16, 17 miles right now anywheres from 7:50-8:20 easy pace.
So can i legitimately pull off a 3:10? Thanks for the help.
