Hi all, just curious to hear what you think about running in the afternoon following a morning race. I ran a 10K race this morning, and was thinking about doing 5 miles of light running to loosen up. I'm still planning my standard ~22 mile jog tomorrow - just not sure whether a 5 miler of light running this afternoon would be beneficial or not.
For reference, my fitness level - sub-32 10K runner, training ~90-95MPW. Thanks!
