No way Southern Oregon rebounds after losing Avila - NO WAY. They blow up at Nationals every year. They were lucky to get 2nd this year. USF had huge injury issues and still managed to get 4th. Calling it now - SOU is not top 5!!!

1.Roderick get off of here and stop talking about yourself under different a names. 2. Tn Wes. doesn't have a dog in the team fight.
Didn't say they had a fight in the team fight, just said they should shock people by doing a lot better than projected. I agree they have no chance to win but could go top 10. Shawnnee state on the other hand has a shot at the win I believe. Good try, not Roderick, I am friends with Roderick and I can tell you he probably doesnt even know what letsrun is.
No way we see a shake up at the top - a lot of guys in the top 10 came back as well as much of the top teams brought back the majority of their talent. Everyone is chasing Oklahoma city and just fighting for 2nd place. Does anyone think that there is a team that will be able to beat those guys?
I know they are losing Csaba but everyone else I think is back. They should win hands down unless something big happens. I don't see anyone as loaded as they are. But I do see a few teams sneaking into the top ten. It all depends who lines up in Kansas healthy and ready to race.
100% correct - whoever lines up healthy. Olivet Nazarene was ranked 2nd going into Nationals but their 3 and 4 men were hurt, ended up 6th. Predict all we want but it's who is healthy and running steong come November!
I also remember a Non ranked Baker team finishing 10th a few years back. Predicting does nothing it's all about racing and who shows up! One thing is for sure the NAIA should be stacked this year lots of talent coming back!
Other tams being loaded? As I said before - St. Francis, Aquinas, Shawnee State, Olivet Nazarene, UBC and Eastern Oregon are all very solid 1-5. I expect a legitimate challenger or two to emerge from this group. Per-Nats and the Aquinas Great Lake invite should tell us a lot!
OCU is losing more than just the one guy. You will see where many of them pop up come this fall. Not sure any were part of their top 5, but they bring in people EVERY semester, so will still be very difficult to beat.
OCU has 4 of their top 5 back and gains Csabo (10K Champ) and David Mountford (5K/10K All-American). A solid 6 guys and could gain more.
Csabo is not coming back he is going D1.

You have the wrong guy.
Really cause I heard from numerous people at Outdoor Nats that he was transferring into Iowa.
I heard that from him.

It hasn't happened, so you can squash that rumor.
Roderick Bowman FTW!!!
Ok enough with Roderick who will be up there for the individual title? Any new comers?
Bump!
If this board is right (highly doubtful) and Csabo and Atkin are not racing NAIA this fall - then you have to look at the two CCAC guys who finished top 5 last year as possible favorites. Also can't count out the OCU kids or DJ Flores.
