Hey Letsrun world.
I have a 5km coming up in a couple of weeks and hoping to run under 14:20. I run about 75 miles a week with treadmill tempo runs at 4:52 pace for 5 miles ( no inclince ), 16x300 in 47 average with 90 seconds 300 jog continous rest, 7x1km in 2:52 average with a minute rest. I haven't ran one in a long time. Is this time doable?
