i'm not defending rupp. he's probably shady. but i dont think it's aicar.
since when is high vascularity the sole determining factor of body fat percentage? you do know that one does not equal the other. too simplistic.
i take back the 2009 to 2014 comparison. he is leaner and stronger. why wouldn't he be though. i don't see much difference between how he is now and how he was at the olympics or in 2011 though.
look at the flotrack video of him doing his tempo on the treadmill two winters ago, his hamstrings are very definitive.
the other thing is the color contrast of the night with the lights and shadow.
indoors, in daylight you will see less veins and definition because of the contrast of the shadows.
THINK about it a bit before just determing everything from a photo.
again i still think he is shady but not because he is LEAN or because he has high vascularity. I think he is shady because of his ridiculous range and improvement since ending college and all the insinuations from vern gambetta, steve magness, ciaran etc. not just some dude's opinion about a picture.
