no i dont think he's on aicar. he would be very very skinny. he doesn't look super skinny. the africans are all very very thin, are they on aicar too?
rupp looks kinda muscular for a 10k runner in my opinion. he looks the same as he did for the last 6 years. he hasn't miraculously lost all the weight suddenly.

His body fat looks doesn't look that outrageously low. Also Kenyans are kind of fat so poor comparison

Vascularity can also be increased by supplements, such as pumping him full of Arginine.

Please elaborate as to what you mean by being more ripped and how that would explain the photos above. So are you saying he gained lots of muscle mass and that's why he has 0% bodyfat and runs a 10k a minute faster now?
