I ran my 3rd marathon last weekend and afterward I realized I could barely remember any details from miles 19-24. I know I was running a bit low on fuel because I felt like the effort was huge and I was slowing a bit, but could felt i could talk pretty easily as though not anerobic at all. Came out of it at 25 when I was catching someone and was actually racing again. Not sure if it was hypoglycemia or i was just inwardly focused due to the difficulty of that segment. Anyone else have this type of thing?
