So I have did a 3 recent workouts on my treadmill the past 2 weeks and I have been running 70-80 miles a week.
My treadmill only goes 10mph so the inclines are high since I'm trying to run sub 1:08 in the half.

Is it possible off these workouts I have completed.
BTW the half I will be racing is in 2 weeks.
