I have not been running to well this year as a freshman middle distance. My coach decided to put me into a 5k this weekend. I have previous season pr's that are 4:13 for the mile, 1:56 for the 800, 15 flat for 5k. I have also recently ran a workout which consisted of 3x2 mile with 2 minutes rest in between each which i ran 10:20, 10:08, and 9:19. What do you think i am capable of this weekend for the 5k.
