HS Girl (Junior) @ Tri-Meet

4:59 1500m win
9:55 3K win
(also ran a leg on a winning relay but seemed to just be cruising for the win for the team)

assuming the times are legit the 12.7 100m / 9:55 3K combo is outstanding
but if you're really looking for range, I stumbled upon this link not too long ago..

It was a tri meet without FAT so I can imagine the 100m time may really be a few ticks slower. Even so the 100m/1500m/3000m triple is not one we commonly see.
Older sister of this girl had sub 12.0 FAT 100m speed in high school and is competing quite successfully at the D1 level in college. (Although competes 100h more than 100m as a college athlete.) So there is some suggestion of speed there.
But, yeah, this girl isn't exactly at the level of Roesler who just capped off her final indoor season at Oregon with an indoor individual and team title. However, although is she is below Roesler's level I suspect she may actually have a bit more extension to her range and I'd like to see what she could do in a 1500 (especially if she was running it fresh and not worrying about saving something for the events to come later so not to let the team down).
