I thought you were talking of his physique.
Farah, who will fly to London overnight on Monday, has already begun cutting back on the intensity of his training to ensure he is fresh when he goes to the start-line.
Big mistake. Doesn't he read runners world? He needs to cut back on quantity, not intensity.
What a noob.
I think there is not a silver bullet, What work's for me won't work for you.
so he collapses quite often..
NOP and his doctors don't know why
but it's ok. .. hmm

EPO is one hell of a drug
increase BP
decreases resting HR
this the result?

I don't know.. I'm not a medic
I suspect end -of -race collapses would be more prevalent if your theory was correct
You must not be a runner
Is Salazar with Mo in Iten? [I did a quick look on the web and couldn't tell.] If so, I take Salazar's opinion seriously; if not, well, not.
personal hunch; the Mo - Salazar relationship will be ending soon. I think Mo got what he came to Salazar for and will move on to someone else for the next phase of his career.
Mo is with Salazar in Iten since after New York Half, They are leaving for London on Monday.
So they quote a physiotherapist, not a doctor....

oh, goodness no. all of the elf advisors are there, as well as the mask fitter, boxing coach, pool cleaner, epo connection, hgh seller, the vet that brings the roids, the thyroid injector, the blind guy who cuts his hair, the xenon delivery guy, the old lady who is trying to teach him the alphabet
Read the link in the OP.
These next few weeks are going to be great for distance running. I believe Bekele's debut will be more impressive than Mo's. Either way it'll be awesome to watch

I did read the link in the OP. Wasn't clear to me whether AlSal was in Iten or simply commenting on reports/videos of Mo's workouts. The key quote in that article would appear to be:
"Everything is positive in terms of what Alberto is seeing and understanding."
That could mean Alberto is in Iten watching the workouts. It could also mean he's somewhere else and seeing reports + video.
Anway, again, if AlSal is in fact in Iten, then hey, the guy knows Mo very well and I have no reason to contest his opinion. If he's commenting on reports and videos then his opinion still counts but carries somewhat less weight.
I think Mutai is going to break the world record in London, he run both New York and Boston without a pace maker and did great. His performance will overshadow Mo and Bekele

Alberto hasn't exactly demonstrated much understanding of what it takes to coach marathoners, regardless of how well he knows Mo. Time will tell.
Somewhere in there it says Mo is waiting for Salazar to come to Iten ://talksport.com/marathon-man-ready-london-british-running-legend-speaks-sport-magazine-14032785184
Mo posted a picture on his Instagram of him and Salazar in Kenya just last week.
