I'm guessing from no insider knowledge that Kip (Lagat) will hang up the spikes after Rio '16. He has enough in the thank to make one last shot at the Olympics but his health is determine that. But in 3 years I could see him maybe failing to make the Olympics.
James Li is a great coach and as mentioned in earlier post, he has created great women's team performances at Pac-12's and NCAA. Men's side he obviously takes the front-runner approach.
WSU will not win or score many points with a solid XC squad and 2-3 5th place finishes at Pac-12 Outdoors. Foreign African runners are going to be vital in order to compete and make the program respectable in the national spotlight which it hasn't been since the dawn of the century.
