Hi. I'm a college runner who doesn't know what to do right now. I have had numerous injuries and have no long term development plans beyond "just build up milage". I've been trying to work with my coach but most of the time I end up doing things on my own. I run alone all the time and am starting to give up on this running thing.
If anybody with coaching experience or just a good runner can look at my training log and give me some feedback that'd be an incredible help.

I have an online log I keep which is extremely detailed and accurate/honest back to last fall. There isn't much to look at though, as I've only run about 600 miles total.
Any help would be great.
