Keep in mind, I was not completely worn out after this workout because my coach used it as a pacing workout. I paced another guy. He has us do 600m at 1:48, 200 rest, 300 at 54, 300 rest, roll into the next 600. We need 7 of these. We ended up averaging 1:47 and 51(hard to go much slower , the wind was at our back for this part, it was extremely windy for the 600). I was wondering what kind of time this would show for a 5k?
