I had to drastically change my racing plans for this season and will now focus on a track 5k 4 weeks from now and possibly another 3 weeks after that.
Finished my base training and now have to jump right into it. Probably in shape to go 15:30, maybe faster, but haven't done track work for about 3 years now. Young and healthy, mileage around 60/wk now, workouts on Wed and Sat.
What workouts do I do for the next 4 weeks to the race?
