Could someone help me out with a periodised training plan for this summer and next winter?
I'm looking to peak at the Inter-Counties XC (usually the 1st week in March), it's 8k & I aim to go sub 26.
I should say that I don't see myself as lean, mean, mileage machine and, at the moment, anything over 40 is a big week!
I would also like to keep an eye on running some pacy 1500's the following summer (sub 4?) if that changes anything.
