Generally speaking if I can run 2 miles sub 5min30s per mile pace mid training week, should I be able to break 17 minutes in the 5K?
I'm building up to the 2 miles in my training something like this:
3 x 0.5 miles
2 x 0.75 miles
1 x 1 mile
3 x 0.75 miles
2 x 1 mile
