Winter has me stuck inside and I had a speed workout planned for today... With these treadmills only going to 12.0, it's hard to get 'real' speed in.
What should I do today?
12x400 at 5:00?
6x800 at 5:20?
3XMILE at 5:40?

6x800 at 5:20?
3XMILE at 5:40?

400s in 75-76
800s in 2:35-2:40
1 minute rest after 400s
1:30 after 800
3 minutes between sets
anything beyond 12 on a mill is a death wish anyway

I've simulated some decent 200s at 12.0mph with the incline cranked all the way up. If you mess around with that some you can at least make it feel like you are running faster.
