It is hard to say. Your 400m PR paired with your "distance chops" make it look like you could be a solid mid-D guy. However, your 3 listed mid-D times all stink compared to the 400/5000/10000 times. It looks like you should be 1:58/4:25/9:30 type. Do you focus mainly on the 400m during track season? Anyways, you are a 5k/10k guy right now because your 400 appears to have been some type of timing error. If the 54.3 is legit, you will be a solid 3000m guy in college and could even rip a decent 1500 eventually.

you're a runner who is either lying or ran these times years apart.

so what if they were years apart. not many people race 10k and 400m in the same season/year.
OP i'd guess you're out of high school but havent run 400-3200 in a couple years? not many high schoolers run the 10k, so that's my guess.
was the 54.3 a relay split? if so, that makes more sense (running start, more like 55 low)

Focus on whatever event you want. You decide what kind of runner you want to be and which event you want to do.

Based on the 5000 time McMillian predicts the 3200 and 10000 time pretty close to what I actually ran. I focus on mainly the 1600/3200 during season.
The 400 is legit and FAT timed.
I have explosive speed but build lactic acid and fatigue extremely quickly which seems to be why my 800 is so poor.
On the other hand a 1600 or 3200 isn't fast enough to fatigue me very quickly so I can hold a decent fast pace.
FYI all times were ran within the last 8 months
