Been squatting for a few months. Great exercise. I've made decent improvements. Usually do 4-6 sets. For reference, I'm about 126 lbs.
set 1, just the bar. 6-15 reps just to make sure i'm good to go.
set 2 i'll throw 25's on the bar and do 10 sets to get the blood flowing.
sets 3-6 I'll put 45's on and do 6-10 reps, slow and controlled.
Been experimenting with how far down i squat, foot position, etc. been hammering the glutes with a shoulder-width deep squat lately.
