What would your predictions over 3000/5k/10k be with these workouts?
2 x 6 x 600m@1.59 w 300m jog and 5 min jog between sets - no standing/walking
3 x 1000 @ (3.02, 3.02, 2.56) w 600m/3min jog (could have done 4 x 1000 @3.02 if I that had been asked, last one felt good)
Come from a background with super low mileage (20-25mpw) but have upped to 30-40 mpw the last few months.
800m PB is 1.59
200m PB is 24/25
My 3000/5k/10k times have been pretty much abysmal and I'm hoping to run something decent this year.
