Im a freshman runner and I want to be running low 4:40s in the mile by the end of the year and low 2:04-5 in the 800. Does anyone have any good workouts to achieve these times?

You're a freshman. Just run, man. Do what your coach says.
Your coach probably does.

I personally feel the coaches don't push me hard enough

What do the seniors on your team think? Do they feel they are being pushed hard enough and are they running fast? If you have a handful of fast upperclassmen on your team, that is a good sign your coach knows what he is doing and is looking at your long term development. If it is your first year of running, that may feel like you are being undertrained. When I was a freshman in high school in my first season (14 years ago) and only running 35 or so miles per week with long runs of 8 miles, I bugged my coach constantly to let me do 50 mpw and 13 or 14 mile long runs and harder workouts on interval days. Looking back, I'm glad he made me ease into it and build gradually.
The seniors on my team weren't anywhere as fast as me when they were a freshman in terms of their mile. Do you have any tips on workouts I can go by to run in the low 40s by the end of the year?

And this is why you'll still be running as a senior, and probably a lot faster.
