My 1 mile is a 6:00-6:05 currently, i'm wanting to knock it to 5:40 in the next few months, when I do 400-800 repeats, how many should i do and at what pace would you suggest?
Is doing them at 5:40 pace enough to get my body adjusted?
I was doing 1:16 repeats today and that was MAJORLY kicking my ass to the point i felt like garbage at the end.
