I have seen the system of Mr Canova and its subdivision into 4 periods: general, fundamental, special and specific.
I ask for if there is any difference with the system of Luciano Gigliotti.
The system of Gigliotti has three periods:
General with aerobic endurance and muscle strengthening.
Fundamental with target the aerobic power.
Special with target specific aerobic endurance.
The system is here(in Italian):

The second question concerns the inclusion or not of the unloading weeks.
I've read that Canova as well Gigliotti does not use symmetrical weeks, but recoveries depending on the last work. I saw that, on average, after the toughest works, there are typically two easy days.
In addition to this and in particular within the blocks that last two months as fundamental, special or specific, are there periods of 7 or more days of unloading?
