I'm curious what I could hit in the 800 about three weeks from now. Two years ago I PR'd at 1:58, been running on and off since with no decent training. Based off these two workouts what do you think I can get to by late February? Also what workouts should I be doing for the next few weeks?
2 x (5 x 300), 1:30 between reps, 4:00 between sets
49, 52, 50, 50, 49, 49, 51, 48, 45, 40
4 x 800, 1:45 rest
2:36, 2:33, 2:32, 2:26
Felt pretty good after these workouts, wasn't too exhausted. Also ran around 4:51 in the 1600 last week, which hurt pretty bad.
