Right now, I have a large strength imbalance in my legs. My left leg is fine/has no injuries but my right leg is very tight.
For the past 5 days, I've noticed that when I stretch my quads, I feel this intense burning pain in my right quad, like the one you'd feel when doing a heavy squat.
Furthermore when I run, I noticed that my right leg rapidly gets weaker and weaker until my left leg is doing most of the work. For example, yesterday i was doing a 10 mile easy and by the 4th mile, my right quad was pushing off very little....strangely enough I didnt feel any pain, my right leg just felt dead.
I tried stretching again and the right quad still burns intensely. However, I have no pain when I walk or jog, but when I run my right quad rapidly gives out.
So should I do my workout tomorrow and bear through it(25-30 min run at 80% of my mile pace)? or should I rest a few more days.
