Any ideas?
I eat dairy products but apart from that and eggs, everything else seems to cause turbulence.

First thought non-farty was a typo, meaning non-fatty. Tofu gives you issues? TVP?
Peanut butter
Almonds, maybe
Beef
Chicken
Fish
Lamb
Bacon
SUASAGE.
Why not just eat meat? It's easier. Why are you a vegetarian?
Soy free vegetarian protein powder. You can google.
That's about it if you want high protein without carbs or fat.

Surely the OP doesn't want to avoid carbs
Stop eating dairy, and stop eating eggs.
Here is the percentage of carbohydrate, protein and fat calories from various foods.
80 .. 15 .. 4 .. artichokes, cooked
64 .. 27 .. 8 .. asparagus, cooked
89 .. 07 .. 4 .. carrots, raw
82 .. 13 .. 5 .. celery, raw
88 .. 11 .. 2 .. onions, raw
69 .. 26 .. 5 .. green peas, cooked
91 .. 08 .. 1 .. potatoes, baked
80 .. 16 .. 5 .. radishes
94 .. 04 .. 2 .. bananas, raw
If you eat 2000 calories a day, that's 200 calories or 50 grams based on 10% protein, which is plenty. If you eat 3000 calories then that's 75 grams of protein a day. It's basically impossible to be deficient in protein as long as you're getting enough calories from wholesome roots, greens and vegetables.
P.S. Cows and chickens are not vegetables.
Eggs and milk make you fart.
Tofu, tempeh, non-soy plant-derived protein powder, beans, other legumes. If you avoid dairy, as I do, you need to supplement with B-12 and probably algae-sourced omega 3. Otherwise, you'd need to eat a lot of flaxseed. It is a challenge to get enough protein from plants, esp for an athlete. But I do it. Read Scott Jurek's Eat & Run.

No you don't. That is nonsense.

Here, OP, is your 2000-calorie veggie menu:
3 artichokes: 190
1 quart of asparagus: 160
8 small onions: 200
1 quart of celery: 220
1 pint of peas: 270
1 gallon of radishes: 280
wait, that's only 1320. Guess you'll have to cram down
3 potatoes: 480
2 bananas: 200
Make sure to eat some extra if you can to compensate for the low nutrient absorption rate caused by the high fiber content. The easiest way would probably be to dump it all in a blender and make a 2 1/2 gallon smoothie. But make sure never to stray far from a bathroom, or run without TP in your key pocket.
Hahaha that's very funny.
What do you do, eat three cows and a pig hahaha.
salmon, one 7oz can: 84g protein

Yeah, humans don't need b12.

They don't need carbs either.
quinoa
tofu
edamame
tvp
whey protein powder
soymilk
nuts
quinoa
lentils
beans
some people will try to tell you to eat hummus or pb, but think of those two as a "healthy fat" condiment. The amount of hummus or pb you would need to eat for those foods to count as a "protein source" (12+ grams) is absurd. you can also increase your protein through smaller sources throughout the day with dark leafy greens and whole grains (think unrefined like whole oats and brown or wild rice).
I was a vegetarian for about 8 years until about a year ago. Honestly, I feel much better eating meat and fish again, despite only eating it a few times a week. Really think about how strict you need to be and consider adding fish and chicken to you diet.
I would also suggest lentils.
Also with beans, by them dried and give a good rinsing. Does a lot to reduce or eliminate gas versus eating out of a can.
Also if you drink milk and eat eggs your probably fine on protein.
