Study 30 mins- Run 1mile- Study 45 mins- Run 2 miles
Repeat until reaching 8- 10 miles
Miles will be run at a good clip.
I am not working, and taking several online classes to fulfill pre=requisites for graduate school. My goal is to study efficiently and start building base again for a 10k in the summer. I also want to lose weight and think consistently boosting my metabolism and staving off hunger this way will help.
