Looking to run these times;
1500m: 4:05
3200: 9:18
5000m: 15:10
Are 10 mile "easy runs" going to do it? Also, would someone please indicate any problems or suggestions with this schedule? Pace for the recovery runs would also be much appreciated.(All strides are conducted after the run).
Schedule:
M: 6 miles easy (rest day)4-6 Strides. T: Workout
W: 10 miles recovery 4-6 Strides.
T: Workout
F: 10 miles recovery 4-6 Strides.
S: 10 miles at a faster pace (tempo possibly?) 4-6 Strides.
S: Long Run. 11-12 Miles. 4-6 Strides
