Hello, this year was my first year in XC as a senior in HS, and I ran 16:56 for a 5K on a relatively flat course. I\\\\\\\'m definitely better at distance, and suck at sprinting. I wanted to ask my coach this, but we\\\\\\\'re getting a new coach for track this year, but she\\\\\\\'s moving out here in early february, so that\\\\\\\'s a no go for now. So, going into track season, what\\\\\\\'s my best way to train for the 2-Mile? How many miles/week? What pace? Any workouts? Thanks in advance.
