I play ultimate frisbee and I went to a tryout for a team on the weekend that did a Beep Test. This is the first time I've done one since high school, I was the only one left at level 14 so I stopped to save myself for the scrimmage portion of the tryout. I wasn't really tired at that point and I'm definitely curious how much farther I could have gone.
I was doing some reading about it afterwards and I guess some people use it as a VO2 max predictor, is there any validity to that?
