Happy new year, masters. What are your running goals for 2014? My top ones are:
1. run Boston under 2:49:23 (my time there in 1983 as college senior)
2. stay mostly or completely healthy

pretty good week of training (i won't moan about the cold and snow since I know others had it much worse) incl.
sunday 16 with 2 X 3200 (2:00 recovery) at marathon pace 12:36/12:26
wednesday 10 with 10 X 100 strides
Tomorrow I start training for Boston -- 15 weeks to go!
