Well that is an interesting situation. I've never heard of a team taking off for a month after indoor. That would put you at late March when you pick back up. Most states start their qualifying rounds in April. But anyway, you should ask your coach first and foremost because he may have a plan for your training. If he doesn't have any direction for you, then you should consider doing some maintenance training (some tempo work and easy distance) and then throw in a weekly Vo2 workout (might look like 6x800 @ 3200 race pace with equal standing or jogging recovery depending on the weather).
