Um yesterday it was pouring like a mofo in El Paso and I decided to go mountain biking thru a nearby arroyo m.bike trail. I get gong and things are easy I come across some puddles nothing major, then disaster strikes, I'm going thru this one area and what I think is a puddle, its really part of the water flowing thru and I go over my bars on my bike and my right thigh lands on a ginatrock bruising the hell out of it, nice and deep. Anyways I keep on going thinking it will go away(I had to walk in mud and water knee it was madness). Well my thigh has been feeling worse and worse, I tried icew and it didnt work to well, Ive kept my thigh wrapped all day but it hurts like all hell to even walk i can barely move my right leg, how do i get rid of this and get back running.
Could be broken. If you can't walk on it and if there is a lot of bruising I'd check into X-rays, or seeing a doctor...
After 3 days it is starting to get batter but I still have a ahrd time walking and i cant flex my thigh muscle at all without wimpering like a chic. Please dont even mentiont he word broken or torn, I've already got over a stress fracture this is the last thing i need
