Hello everybody :) my four years in track and Field I have battled weight issues because I can't follow a diet for nothing. I'm 5'6 and weigh 175lbs. My 2nd to last indoor meet I ran 24.9 in the 200m and I ran 11.7 in the 100 and I was wondering if I lose all the extra weight will I run a faster 200m and 100m time? I need tips and advice :) please and thank you.
