Greetings,
I am not sure if this has been brought up before (a quick search of the archive didn't turn up anything).
I just run a marathon last weekend but came up short (3:08 but was shooting for sub 3 hr). I was on pace till about mile 20.
I am doing Boston in five months but given that I am already at a good fitness level should I attempt sub 3 again in a few weeks or should I just recover fully and train from scratch for Boston? I am a little sore right now but feel great otherwise.
