The week before states my legs felt like trash, 2 weeks later and they havnt gotten better. even though the week before states i did around a 21 miles and after did like 25 to get ready for a 5k, im taking this week off but i havnt done anything crazy, a potential cause could be that i amped up my milage about a month before states to get a little bit of work in before tapering but my legs are still dead, i have tried ice baths a hot tub but nothing in working and i dont want to start base milage for track until it goes away. any suggestions?
