I'm wondering how fast I could get in the 800, mile, 5k, and 8k and what kind of workout I need to do to get to those times. The following times are the only ones that I know I am capable of running.
In a 100 on cinders I can run under 13 in Saucony Triumphs.
In a 200 on cinders I can run under 27 in Saucony Triumphs.
In an 8k my pr is a 31:05, which I ran last month.
In a recent workout I ran 8 800 around 2:45 pace.
I'm 20ish lbs. over weight by the way.
