Like deep down in the joint it hurts when i lean a certain way, and while i'm running it can get achey, i've tried different stretches and such, it's been going on for a week even though i took 3 solid days off. It's not as bad as it was but it's still really annoying, i just need it gone..
I associate it to some stretching i did a week ago, but i'm not 100%? Could a chiropractor fix this/line me back up properly??
