I had a pretty solid base in over the summer (most weeks around 60-65) my biggest two weeks were 90 and 85. This is my junior year of college and i came in this season with PRs of 26:11 for 8k and 15:20 for the 5k. since the start of the season i have not felt like ive had a good race and my legs are constantly feeling tired, like when im on the starting line i feel like ive already raced. I just ran a 26:42 on a pretty flat course and i just dont know why my legs feel like this i should be able to run under 26 mins no problem at this point. Its making it very hard to get my head into the races. Can anyone help me?
