I ask my wife (not a coffee drinker herself) to get whatever is on sale in that price range. Currently we have some Caribou Coffee in the cupboard...it's good stuff!

this stuff is legit, bought some yesterday on sale at $4.
You don't buy ground coffee.
You buy whole bean coffee, and you keep it in a sealed ziplock bag. You buy a coffee grinder for 15 bucks at bed bath and beyond. You grind the whole bean coffee when you wish to brew coffee.
This is the only way
8 o'clock is great at any price.
Gevalia dark roast or flavored is good and under $10.

+1.
Don't bother paying for more expensive coffee cause this stuff is good. Wal-mart even carries it sporadically for something $5 for a 10 ounce can. It's fine ground, so I find it to be a strong coffee that keeps me buzzed for about 30 hours.

I take this back. My vote is now for Lavazza.
It is more like $8 compared to $4-$5 for Bustelo, but it tasts much better, & better yet, it doesn't tear my gut up like Cafe Bustelo did.
