Looks like they use a more rounded forefoot and heel counter shape, which will probably widen the forefoot and heel a bit.
Yep the BB6 is out and it does seem wider, looking forward to reading the first user reports ;-)

@Booster - new catalogs available, some "surprises", time to stock on the Glide Boost I think ;-)
@gathernomoss - do go on...?
Well starting in 2017 the "Glide Boost" (and Sequence Boost) will no longer exist and will be replaced by what looks like a glorified Ultra Boost...
oh gawd... if that's true i'm clearing out all stocks of the SS16 glide boost i can find online...
Gnm,
sorry only just spotted your post. From the SS17 cat we have the following to 'update' the s'nova glide. It certainly looks diff and not unlike the UB (but so many adi shoes seem to going that way at the mo, not surprising given the massive success of UB). Similar for the support version.

Yes it's too bad we can't get notified of new posts !
Will have to check out that new "Supernova", hope it's not as "mushy" as the UB, at least the first version, not sure if they've improved it since...
They sort of "wore out" the "Glide Boost" line with these new versions each year that didn't seem to add/change much to that great easy running/long distance shoe. My current GB6 stock should see me through next year anyway !
What will happen to Ultra Boost if the GB is going to be a glorified Ultra.
blast! bumping my post from 3 years ago.
I finally wore through my supply of $49 Hagios, and came back to this thread to see what the next option to replace my beloved adizero pros would be.
I was reminded to try the takumi sen, which I never did try through the years. Finally found it --deeply discounted--at runningwarehouse
but it's only available to size 12.5 arrrgghghg!!! I need size 13.
So friends, I must ask again: If my beloved adizero pros are gone for good (my last pair was the black japanese themed ones with pink laces), and it's cheaper followup the Hagio is gone as well, and I can't find takumi sen in size 13.....what next?
thanks!

The Glide replacement, the BB6035 "supernova" is now shown on the Adidas US site :
http://www.adidas.com/us/supernova-shoes/BB6035.html
There is no useful info like weight or drop unfortunately. The drop does look huge on the picture with that ridiculous amount of Boost material under the heel. Think I'm going to keep stocking up on the GB6 !
I'm selling a brand new pair of adiZero Pro 4's Size 10 right now if anyone on here is interested.

HUGE STEP DOWN FROM THE SUPERNOVA GLIDE 8
Wow I really did not like this shoe. Going back a shoe generation, the Supernova Glide 8 is my all-time favorite running shoe. In my opinion, it has an ideal balance of cushion and weight and makes running an absolute pleasure over almost any surface. That’s why I was so excited to try these new shoes, the Adidas Supernova (ordered directly from Adidas). The promise of 20% more cushion with only a .1 ounce weight gain coupled with slightly better heel lockdown was extremely intriguing and I couldn’t wait to try them out. Unfortunately, instead of having an even better experience than the one I had with the Glide 8, I had the WORST experience I’ve ever had with running shoes, and I’ve worn quite a few! First, the mid-section of the shoe is so tight that I felt like the blood flow had cut off in my feet. Let me just say, I’m 5’8, weigh 150, and I most certainly do NOT have wide feet. If anything, they’re on the narrow side. As a size 11, the length of the shoe was fine, but the mid-section was absolutely constricting. Second, on the left shoe, the top left Adidas stripe on the shoe was connected to a border material that was literally pushing into my foot when I ran. It felt like someone was jamming their finger into my foot. My immediate reaction was to redo/loosen the laces on the shoe and to adjust the shoe generally, but to no avail. It was such an unpleasant experience that I had to stop a half mile into my run because the shoes were hurting my feet so much. Even more than I am disappointed, I’m baffled that a shoe company like Adidas could create something so great with the Glide 8 and could turn around and design something as poor as this. Adidas, did you not test these extensively before release? Could this be a quality/control issue in manufacturing? Suffice it to say I will be sending these back. If there’s a silver lining, it’s that I did not toss my Supernova Glide 8’s (phew!) and will be very happily returning to them tomorrow morning.
Loved the supernova glide, worn the past 2-3 models. I work in a running shoe store and tried on the new supernova's and ran in them briefly.
Overall, they suck.
The feel squishy, bulky, and the heel to midfoot wrap is uncomfortably tight. Feels like it's cutting into the side of my feet near where to arch meets the heel. Supposedly, this does not have much more boost and that the drop is the same as supernova glide. I would say the extra boost is actually coming out of the side, meaning the boost material extends out further than the heel of the shoe.
Essentially, they took a shoe that had a classic running shoe build and destroyed it. They made it into a gimmicky flashy craptastic shoe. Sadly, I saw this coming when I saw their midyear update of the female s'nova glide, where they were made with superstretchy material.
My advice, buy up the s'nova glides. Specifically for men, try and get the ones that have the new sole as I think it provides more traction than the old sole design.
thanks for the corroboration psychrunner - off to buy up as many pairs of the SG8 as i can find...
Just for ref guys, they're £50 here...:

Just bought 2 pairs, chucked in a pair of decent socks, £94, so £15 off. Nice.
Thanks for the feedback on the "Supernova M" that many sites are naturally calling 'Glide Boost 9' as everyone needs some continuity...Can't say I'm surprised as they looked like a terrible design in the pictures with a huge padding of Boost material under the heel (still officially a 10mm drop though) which I for one have no use for.
The fact that the midfoot is very tight is more of a suprise I suppose although they've done that on the Boston 6 after adding some much needed more room in the toebox compared to the Boston 5.
I've got a two year supply of GB6 so I guess it give them time to come to their senses for the "Glide Boost 10" !
The link for the GB8 above

is for the v2 version with the "Ultra Boost" type of sole, is that the one you feel gives more traction psychrunner ? I've read that it wears out quicker though, on top of looking rather "cheap".
Found a nice chart here on the whole Adidas Running shoe line-up from what looks like 2015/2016 - too bad it's a bit on the smallish side :
