Hi all, I'm a 26-yo male:
- HMs of 2:00 and 1:44 last fall, having started running in the summer
- March marathon 3:58, after which I ran 15-20 mpw
- Ramping up training about 8 weeks ago, with a 45:00 10k 4 weeks ago.
- Up to 40mpw now, 8:15/mile feels easy (fine for 15 long run), 7:00 is fine for 1 mile repeats but tough (barely doable) for 2 mile repeats
How do you think I should pace an upcoming (2 weeks out) HM?
