First off, this is ultimately not something to worry about too much, but I'm just curious how other people think about this.
You look at my log for the last 10 weeks and you'll see a lot of 75-80 mile weeks, but the truth is that during this time I've had a few rolling 7 day totals of mid 90s.
So I suppose I've been running "more" mileage per week than my log would show, right?
Not a huge deal. Either way you look at it, this is high mileage for me personally. But when looking at planning a taper, it might be helpful to know how I should think about this work more precisely.
