So, i have a gym class for around an hour during school. It's about 3 hours before my race. Currently we are doing ultimate frisbee, if i were go 100% all out on ultimate frisbee how much slower would my race be?

That's a 100 meter dash race by the way. No telling what's gonna happen 400 and up.
God you are a loser
Thats what my friends say too

just tell the gym teacher you are having your period and he'll let you off.
You could leave class to do "work" in another class. Or you could go to the "doctor".
Ultimate Frisbee players are the ultimate dopers
Ultimate is definitely the worst one for a gym class sport before a race. At least with Soccer you can just play goalie.
almost any other sport in a gym class is nothing more than a "morning shakeout" and that can actually HELP you race.
If you go 100% in Ultimate, it is almost guaranteed your race will be about 2 seconds per 400m slower than what you want.
I've had kids get injured in gym class because their teacher didn't know about a meet or just didn't care. If it's the former, talk to the teacher, if it's the latter, you're screwed.

Back in high school our gym teacher would let the football and basketall guys sit out....I asked since we had a CC meet and he just laughed. He used to be a football player.
I haven't talked to the teacher about sitting out, i feel like he's the kind of guy that would just laugh, he's a good guy but that's the way he is.
I had a terrible race, but i did really well in frisbee. but overall sucking in the race wasn't really worth it. i don't know if i can blame it 100% on the frisbee.
Thanks for the input.
I knew a guy who ran between 17:10 and 17:20 for the first 3 meets of the year. We played ultimate in PE one morning. I took it easy, he busted it all-out. I told him we should take it easy, we had a race today. He told me it wouldn't affect him, and anyways, it was just a dual meet. The meet comes around and he runs 17:41 on a pretty flat course, 6th on the team instead of his usual 4th. Guys he usually finishes between ran 16:59 and 17:23.
Answer: 30 seconds.
I was having a decent senior CC season. Our coach decides the day before an invite to have a laid back practice and play ultimate. We had a blast and played hard, after all, we are competitive. The next day at the meet I had the worst race of the season because I was so tight from our game of ultimate the day before. Luckily it was just an invite and not post season. Always remember that...

So if frisbee has that much of an impact the day before a meet does wacking off hard have a big impact too? Either the night before or morning of a meet.
If you mean wacking off while sprinting and jumping around a large open field, yes it will have a big impact. And you might get arrested and miss the race altogether.
I had two bad gym class experiences.
First was in 7th grade. Day before first football game we were running backwards and I fell and sprained my wrist. After the first string QB was worthless, I would have been the one to go in but I couldn't take a snap. Ended up at running back. Still got to do all the kicking.
Senior year of high school the regular gym teacher was off so the football coach subbed in. Had us do a couple circuits on the universal as well as sit-up, push-ups, etc. I NEVER lifted and weighed 112 lbs.
Next day my whole freaking body ached during a xc meet. Luckily it was an easy dual meet.
