define 'all'
I think some people think you mean that every datapoint that NSA gets, it goes to Israel, NZ, GB, Australia etc. That is obviously untrue.
I think you mean by 'all' that those countries get some unfiltered data.
the truth as I understand it is that six countries, incl Israel, get some unfiltered data, per their expertise. Israel has some serious expertise in mid east intrigue so they get some of that data.
GB might get data having to do with pakistani-european ties or the like. Australia prob gets data from malaysia/indonesia muslim problem spots.
but no country is getting all the data the NSA collects.
Israel and only Israel is receiving the data and they are getting every last unfiltered bit of it.
Read the damn thing.
"Israel is allowed to receive “raw Sigint” – signal intelligence. The memorandum says: “Raw Sigint includes, but is not limited to, unevaluated and unminimized transcripts, gists, facsimiles, telex, voice and Digital Network Intelligence metadataand content.”
According to the agreement, the intelligence being shared would not be filtered in advance by NSA analysts to remove US communications. “NSA routinely sends ISNU [the Israeli Sigint National Unit] minimized and unminimized raw collection”, the MOU says."
No MOU with any other foreign nation
