Yeah, me . too. (Sorry, Igy)
Amzn is my second largest stock holding.
I think last time we discussed it he disparaged it quite a bit becuase its core business operated on such low margins, etc.
I tell you, though, one thing you have to respect Warren Buffett for is that he will admit when he's made a mistake. Seems to be an uncommon ability these days. Sad.

How about a bet? From today AMZN underperforms Dow, S&P 500, and HSGFX over the next year. Any takers?
Put that in your calendar agip.
Igy
add to that calendar agip, one year from today under $1,500

I’m in. Double or nothing? Surely we know by now I’ll win our current bet...

Not at all. It just gets worse for you by the day. I may lose the bet, investors WILL lose a lot of money. Historic amounts of lost money. And it was so obvious.
Speaking of Warren Buffett....
Oh, and yes the market is forward looking....

You mean the investors who just were rewarded with the best quarter returns in twenty years?

Good. It will be fun. Either way it will be historic. Historic if it continues because it will be a first in financial history. And that is a long time. Historic if it breaks, because it was obviously unsustainable.

Yeah, that's what Steve Balmer said many years ago. Only, he said it when it wasn't making a profit. Poor guy.
OK, well the bet is on the table.
