Who you got, Rupp or Rop? I like Rop, but I also think Rupp is tough. Anybody think Rop will rout Rupp or you think Rupp will take down Rop? Could be a good race within the race, back in 4th-5th
I think Rop will rout Rupp through the ruck.

He hasn't proven he can run in the 12:40s (I am sure that he can because he has dusted many 12:40s runners in slower races) and it is very unlikely he'll be forced to try at World's, because that would take team running and personal sacrifice for the pace to be set that fast, and neither the Ethiopians, nor the Kenyans have proven willing to do that for many years.
Just shut it. Shut it. Your sentence is a complete run on and you're warped "I'm sure" should be shut. Shut it.
You freak'n Mo Farah over-projectors. Mo Farah ran 12:57 three years ago. He ran 12:53 two years ago. He ran 12:56 one year ago. Shut it.
Since everyone is building back up (Kenyans coming down, then building?) it will be hard to really handicap this race without knowing where people are. Furthermore, inferences drawn from the results at not as reliable without that information. For example, say that Rupp dropped is training to 60miles last week, coming in well rested. If he beats guys still training hard, it does not mean that he is better at 5000 than they are (although it a much better indication if they were 'equal').
WUT HAPPENED TO RUPP AND THAT MILE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO RUN? AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

Right here, moron.
Do you expect me to start a special thread congratulating Rupp for running a second international race (wow!) this season when others in the same race have run four or five?
Idiot.
Rupp is scheduled for his 3rd 8 days later. Start a special thread? No...not be a brain dead F'tard? Yes.

I am glad you brought this up. Its going to be an epic showdown of Rupp vs. Rop.
I got Rupp over Rop in 12:49

You can expect the pace in Moscow to be pushed in the last half of 1500-10000, and everybody knows it, including Farah
nonsense
rupp ran a 3'50i, worth easily 3'49 outdoors & possibly even into the 3'48s
how an earth won't he be able to stay with the field in the last "fast" 1500 of an upto then slow 5 or 10k with possible 3'48 speed ???

Oh wow. Three international races in three months? Bravo, then! The first 5000 was terrible. Maybe the second one or the mile will be better timed with "the cycle."
ps Learn to use the quote function. Look at your post. Who's the f'tard?
