Hmmm, does that mean AlSal thinks she is ready to run sub 31? It didn't take AlSal long to "tweak" Jordan's condition.
SHE HAS THE HEART OF A LION!
what was the workout??
Wow. Alberto has something special here going. Remember, he once coached Shalane and Kara. If he didn't know he had something special going on, he would not have said this. Rock on Jordan!

You guys can do better than that. She is just super fit.
THAT PICTURE LOOKS PHOTO SHOPPED.
Al Sal knows his stuff when he says someone has had a great workout. This partnership might produce some great result in the next few years. Good for Jordan

Interesting how Alberto and Kara keep taking small pot shots at each other. They both make comments that are aimed to indirectly slam the other (i.e. Salazar could have simply said what a great workouts Jordan did without comparing it to others he coached). Obviously the split between them and Kara's move to Schumacher wasn't totally friendly.
I hope it stops, because I think less and less of each of them everytime they make such statements.
It looks like Jordan had a hair cut.
Clearly the implication is that she's ready to run better than Kara in the 10k.
Do you think he means she's going to beat the 30:55 Kara ran in Bejing, or match the Bronze from Osaka?

Lol. Yer nuts. Alberto doesn't think this way. He's just in the moment.
You have absolutely no comprehension of how many other things this guy has on his mind in the course of a day, than to think shallow like people on this board.
He said the same thing about one of Galen's workouts -- think that was a shot at all the male athletes he stopped coaching?
They're not peds when you have a tue.

That 3:20 is like same pace for her 1500 PR. To have done 3 1200s before that. THEN run a 4:42 and THEN a 4:24 which is FASTER than she has ever run. What a crock!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year

Guys between age of 45 and 55 do you think about death or does it seem far away
